Our beautiful Calming tea blend is packed full of organic herbs that are not only gentle and safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding, but they also support relaxation and calm.

We have excluded herbs that should be avoided during pregnancy.

Make this tea part of your night time sleep routine to help you unwind and promote relaxation, or enjoy this brew at any time of the day.

Add one spoonful to one cup of boiled water and allow to brew for 5-10 minutes or until cool enough to drink.

Consume up to 3 cups a day. Although our teas can be enjoyed by everyone, this tea was designed for breastfeeding and expecting mothers in mind as we have not added any herbs that may put you or your baby at risk however, if you have any doubts while pregnant or breastfeeding, or you have experienced any complication and taking medication, please consult your physician before consuming.
